4. How to Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using any of the following methods:
- Email Link: Click the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of every newsletter email. This will process your request immediately.
- Unsubscribe Page: Visit our unsubscribe page and follow the instructions provided.
- Email Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and include the email address you wish to unsubscribe. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Important: Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect transactional emails related to your account activity (such as appointment confirmations, account security alerts, or password reset emails), if applicable. To stop receiving transactional emails, you must close your account.
