When Can You Leave a Review?
You can leave a review:
- After your appointment has occurred
- Usually within 30 days of your visit
- Once per appointment
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Visit MedXimity and sign in to your patient account.
Step 2: Find Your Past Appointment
- Go to "My Appointments"
- Click on the "Past" or "History" tab
- Find the appointment you want to review
Step 3: Click "Leave a Review"
You'll see a "Leave a Review" button next to eligible appointments.
Step 4: Rate Your Experience
Provide ratings for:
- Overall Experience: 1-5 stars
- Wait Time: How long did you wait?
- Bedside Manner: Was the provider caring and attentive?
- Staff: Were the office staff friendly and helpful?
Step 5: Write Your Feedback
Share details about your experience:
- What went well?
- What could be improved?
- Would you recommend this provider?
Step 6: Submit Your Review
Review your feedback and click "Submit."
Tips for Helpful Reviews
- Be Specific: Describe what made your experience good or bad
- Be Honest: Share your genuine experience
- Be Respectful: Keep feedback constructive
- Be Relevant: Focus on the healthcare experience
What NOT to Include
- Personal information (full names, phone numbers)
- Medical details you want kept private
- Offensive or discriminatory language
- Information about pending legal matters
