- Enter your full legal name, email address, and create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number and one special character).
- Verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
- Complete your patient profile: date of birth, phone number, and primary address.
- Optionally add your insurance information to streamline future appointments.
