Sarah Ferguson and Melanie Humphries joined forces in 2008 to start Village Physical Therapy. They created a business where physical therapy is the specialty and focus, not an adjunct. They have succeeded in inspiring an atmosphere of expert physical therapy care tailored for each individual. They started their own practice to ensure that business decisions allowed quality, non-rushed therapy sessions with the same specialist every visit.

We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic located in downtown Holly Springs, North Carolina. We offer one on one, hands-on physical therapy services with a licensed physical therapist to treat orthopaedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, women's health, post-concussion and vestibular rehab, balance training, arthritis, and functional movement impairments using various modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, SFMA, FMS, Graston and Mulligan techniques, dry needling, and cupping.
