We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic located in downtown Holly Springs, North Carolina. We offer one on one, hands-on physical therapy services with a licensed physical therapist to treat orthopaedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, women's health, post-concussion and vestibular rehab, balance training, arthritis, and functional movement impairments using various modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, SFMA, FMS, Graston and Mulligan techniques, dry needling, and cupping.
