Keri Velopolcak, PT, MSPT, is a licensed Board Certified Physical Therapist with experience in evaluating and providing physical therapy care in homes, acute hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient orthopedic clinics. She specializes in home care physical therapy treating clients from ages 7 to 100 with diagnosis relating to orthopedics, pulmonary, cardiac, or neurological issues, or with general states of deconditioning. Education: Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, 2008. Quinnipiac University, Connecticut Bachelor of Health Sciences, 2006. Quinnipiac University, Connecticut Certifications: CPR Certified, American Heart Association Personal Interests: Keri enjoys all types of activities -- hiking, snowboarding, fishing, mud running, yoga, spinning and golfing, among others.
