Keri Velopolcak, PT, MSPT, is a licensed Board Certified Physical Therapist with experience in evaluating and providing physical therapy care in homes, acute hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient orthopedic clinics. She specializes in home care physical therapy treating clients from ages 7 to 100 with diagnosis relating to orthopedics, pulmonary, cardiac, or neurological issues, or with general states of deconditioning.
