I am Dr. Jill Westfall and I have been working in Chiropractic since 1988 and have been a Chiropractor since 1998! I have been in the Miramar area for the last 16 years and greatly enjoy helping people that are not only in extreme pain but those that just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about what I do and that shows in the work that we do here at Spinalworx.We are a Chiropractic office that is based on truly helping our patients and assuring them that they are not just a number. Our office provides electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, disc decompression, massage therapy, acupuncture and spinal manipulation. We are here to help with all injuries not just Neck and Low Back Pain but pain in any joint in the body. If you have tried everything else and they are telling you that there is nothing wrong or that there is nothing they can do to help let me evaluate you. I have helped thousands of people in the South Florida area that felt like they had no way out and now are living a fantastic life with little to no pain depending on their personal situation. Headaches are something I am very passionate about. So many of my patients have been told to take medication for their migraine after it happens.
