I am Dr. Jill Westfall and I have been working in Chiropractic since 1988 and have been a Chiropractor since 1998! I have been in the Miramar area for the last 16 years and greatly enjoy helping people that are not only in extreme pain but those that just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about what I do and that shows in the work that we do here at Spinalworx.We are a Chiropractic office that is based on truly helping our patients and assuring them that they are not just a number. Our office provides electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, disc decompression, massage therapy, acupuncture and spinal manipulation. We are here to help with all injuries not just Neck and Low Back Pain but pain in any joint in the body. I had an amazing experience at this chiropractic office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The chiropractor took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.

My Daughter recommended this place and I stopped by today without an appointment and they welcomed me in very warmly. Doctor Westfall was awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable and the staff was very welcoming! All the therapies and massage they gave helped me so much! I definitely recommend this place if your back needs a pick me up.

My go to place when life kicks me in the back! It’s conveniently located on Miramar pkwy. The doctor and staff always available when you need them. A busy place but their operation is so smooth that you hardly face any waiting-in-line frustration. The staff is courteous, Dr Jill is a great practitioner and there are no hidden charges that, unfortunately, a norm in many other places.

This place is awesome Doctor Jill and her staff are very professional and most important they listen to your concerns and tailor their service to your particular needs.
I got hurt removing a large tree 🌲 stump so I came to see her since she was highly recommended to me by my wife and let me tell you I am 6.1 240 pounds (not all muscle) and they some how wrap themselves around you and straighten you up and twisted you like a toothpick ! Incredible this is my second time I come into her practice and I will come back every month even if I feel just fine is good to have a doctor that actually CARES ; look at your condition and honestly tell you your are in good health and you don’t need 20 sección of therapy (costing you money and Time) She told me just come every now and then to make sure you keep your scoliosis in check ( I do have a minor scoliosis thingy ) I am 47 so still young and healthy so I will keep coming to this chiropractor periodically.
