About

Though there were many good reasons, I ultimately became a Rolfer because Rolfing helped me more than just about anything else. It helped to decrease the daily pain I experienced from mild scoliosis and major disembodiment. It helped me awaken to my body and it's inherent intelligence. This process has brought a lot more awareness to my life, though I still have work to do. The Rolfing process raised me to a whole new level, and my entire experience has changed for the better. That's what I want to help other people find for themselves.I have almost a decade of experience working as a Rolfer/Structural Integrator, and almost 20 years of experience as a bodyworker. My joy comes from helping people wake up to the miracle of their bodies through meaningful and relevant therapeutic hands-on experiences.

Matt Walker is a Certified Advanced Rolfer® who also works with the visceral and cranial sacral systems. Whether you're suffering from headaches or chronic back pain from tension and stress or simply looking for better sleep, more energy, and improved mobility - Matt will help you achieve your goal. Matt specializes in hands-on, manual therapy, different from deep tissue massage, to address problems in your body's overall structure. By working with connective tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments), organ and cranial systems, Matt guides his patients beyond discomfort towards a more active, healthy lifestyle so that you once again, feel at home in your own body.
