Though there were many good reasons, I ultimately became a Rolfer because Rolfing helped me more than just about anything else. It helped to decrease the daily pain I experienced from mild scoliosis and major disembodiment. It helped me awaken to my body and it's inherent intelligence. This process has brought a lot more awareness to my life, though I still have work to do. The Rolfing process raised me to a whole new level, and my entire experience has changed for the better. That's what I want to help other people find for themselves.I have almost a decade of experience working as a Rolfer/Structural Integrator, and almost 20 years of experience as a bodyworker. My joy comes from helping people wake up to the miracle of their bodies through meaningful and relevant therapeutic hands-on experiences.
