I have had such great success after seeing Dr. Chavez! I tore my labrum in my hip about 10 months ago. My doctor advised me to have surgery to repair the tear. However, I wanted to look into other options. I tried physical therapy for months with only some success. A family friend recommended Vita Nova and after working with them, I’m now training for a half marathon- something I thought impossible just a few months ago. I’m very grateful for this holistic approach to healing the body.

Je suis allée chez Maddy parce que j'étais constamment fatiguée et stressée. Je savais que mon alimentation ne favorisait pas le mode de vie actif que j'apprécie, mais je ne savais pas par où commencer ni quoi changer. Après l'évaluation initiale, Maddy m'a donné un plan et, en quelques semaines, j'ai retrouvé plus d'énergie et je suis devenue en phase avec mon corps. Je savais quoi manger, quand le manger et ressentir ce que je voulais ressentir. Une fois que nous avons commencé à manger, tout le reste a commencé à se mettre en place : meilleur sommeil, moins de stress, clarté mentale. De plus... la chaise sonore est dingue.
