Dr. Chavez is a God send! His knowledge and abilities are absolutely incredible. He Goes beyond just the pain and finds the source. The entire staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I’d recommend setting up an appointment with Maddy also. Don’t hesitate, everyday you wait to set up an appointment, is a day you’re missing out on something truly amazing. Also- don’t skip out on the resting chair after your adjustment.

Since stress is my biggest trigger for my chronic migraine episodes, I wanted to try brain tap to destress and gain better control over my emotions. I have had high stress within my daily life for years, and have tried many things for management. I have had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, which contributed to worsened migraine episodes which are very debilitating. I am unable to do anything when I get migraine episodes, and I have tried many medications and therapies to try and aid in the healing process. Although many therapies and medications have aided toward temporary relief, I wanted to find relief by taking control myself through a different way to handle and address stress. Brain Tap did two beneficial things for me. First, it gave me the ability to find true relaxation during the actual process, which is not generally easy for me to do. It also gave me the tools to use once daily in order to achieve relaxation and react more positively to daily stressors. I was impressed how even days and weeks after sessions, Brain Tap gave me the ability to recall how to address emotions in a new way. I look forward to more sessions of Brain Tap, so I can continue to make progress on handling my stress, as well as address any depressed or anxious feelings that may arise. I travel over an hour each way to visit weekly, and it’s well worth it!

Initially, I came in after sustaining neck and head injuries in a car accident. I had migraines and limited mobility in my neck and severe pain in my back. Dr. Chavez and his staff worked with me to make a care plan and I have been going for the last 3 months and plan to continue. Since I've begun, I don't have any migraines any more and my back pain has eased almost completely. The staff and office culture is unlike anything I have ever seen; I am grateful for the peaceful and warm environment they create. Dr. Chavez has shown me great charity & compassion, and frequently speaks with me on how to get the best care for my body. He can make recommendations on diet or exercise changes, and will point you to the right people to further your health journey.
