Sarkisian Pelvic Health & Wellness was founded in 2024 by Dr. Kathy Sarkisian PT, DPT, CAPP-Pelvic. She has been an orthopedic and female pelvic health specialist since 2018. Sarkisian Pelvic Health & Wellness is a family-owned small business serving Charlotte/Matthews and the surrounding communities. Kathy currently holds her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) which was awarded by the American Physical Therapy Association's section for Pelvic Health.

We are a Charlotte, NC based mobile, concierge orthopedic and female pelvic health physical therapy practice. We offer in-home physical therapy treatment options as well as virtual sessions for anyone in the state of North Carolina. We provide in-home visits throughout Charlotte, Matthews, Weddington, Indian Trail, Wesley Chapel, Pineville, Waxhaw, Marvin, and Mint Hill, NC. You may send us an email at kathy@sarkisianpelvichealth.com to confirm we travel to your area. We offer dry needling of the lumbosacral spine, trunk, pelvis and hip joint complex. We also perform cupping, joint and soft tissue mobilization, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization when and if it is beneficial for you. Would highly recommend Sarkisian Pelvic Health & Wellness! I first met with Kathy during my pregnancy due to some inflammation in my pelvic floor. She thoroughly vetted my situation and came up with a plan of attack to help alleviate the pain. I went back during my postpartum recovery and she tailored my exercises and modifications for my day-to-day habits based on my pain levels. I love that her approach was centered around what was causing me pain in my day-to-day. She listened to my concerns and helped me come up with an action plan for my road to recovery. Would highly recommend Kathy for your PT needs!

As a woman in her mid 60s, I am extremely grateful for Kathy’s professionalism and care. She has helped me through a number of issues, some related to pelvic health and others due to injury. I recently suffered two pelvic fractures, due to a fall. Kathy assisted me in using crutches and managing self care during the time the fractures were healing. She later prescribed a plan for rebuilding strength and resuming normal activities. I am happy to say that I have fully recovered! Kathy is knowledgeable, professional and supportive. She provides personalized care in a relaxing environment. I am especially grateful for her expertise in treating “mature” women.
