Sarkisian Pelvic Health & Wellness was founded in 2024 by Dr. Kathy Sarkisian PT, DPT, CAPP-Pelvic. She has been an orthopedic and female pelvic health specialist since 2018. Sarkisian Pelvic Health & Wellness is a family-owned small business serving Charlotte/Matthews and the surrounding communities. Kathy currently holds her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) which was awarded by the American Physical Therapy Association's section for Pelvic Health.

We are a Charlotte, NC based mobile, concierge orthopedic and female pelvic health physical therapy practice. We offer in-home physical therapy treatment options as well as virtual sessions for anyone in the state of North Carolina. We provide in-home visits throughout Charlotte, Matthews, Weddington, Indian Trail, Wesley Chapel, Pineville, Waxhaw, Marvin, and Mint Hill, NC. We offer dry needling of the lumbosacral spine, trunk, pelvis and hip joint complex. We also perform cupping, joint and soft tissue mobilization, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization when and if it is beneficial for you. As a woman in her mid 60s, I am extremely grateful for Kathy’s professionalism and care. She has helped me through a number of issues, some related to pelvic health and others due to injury. I recently suffered two pelvic fractures, due to a fall. Kathy assisted me in using crutches and managing self care during the time the fractures were healing. She later prescribed a plan for rebuilding strength and resuming normal activities. I am happy to say that I have fully recovered! Kathy is knowledgeable, professional and supportive. She provides personalized care in a relaxing environment. I am especially grateful for her expertise in treating “mature” women.

I cannot recommend Kathy and Sarkisian Pelvic Health and Wellness enough. As someone who has struggled with pelvic floor issues for years, I was nervous about seeking help. From my first appointment, she made me feel at ease with her compassionate and professional approach. She took the time to thoroughly perform an exam and ask probing questions to truly understand my issues. Her knowledge and expertise are truly impressive! Coming to my house also made me feel much more comfortable since I was in my own personal environment. She tailored a treatment plan specifically for my needs, and it has made a world of a difference for me. My symptoms have improved, and I feel empowered and educated about my own body. If you're having pelvic floor issues and finally wan relief, you need to talk to Kathy!
