I love the concept of warming up your back first by neck stretching and chair tilts. And the tools and homework customization for daily home care. I recommend sticking to one Dr Find out their hours and go in with them. I am grateful for the spine alignment we have been able to achieve together. I would love follow up x rays to see the progress too. I definitely feel better. Thanks Element Wellness
