I've only been to Element wellness twice and I am amazed at how much my pain has eased. I have a terrible back with a bunch of immobilized vertebrate and Doctor Jimmy and Doctor Vince were super thorough in doing x rays and showing me what they could do to help. I was hopeful but not super confident as I've always had bad back pain my entire life and chiropractors in the past haven't helped much but in my first session they used this harness situation to wrap around my neck and pulled my head up quickly and strongly and I felt the entire top of my back crack and release and I can't tell you how much better I felt immediately. I've never had such a good adjustment. It's made my day to day life so much better and I'm sleeping so so well. Not to mention Doctor Jimmy and Doctor Vince are just as nice as they are good at what they do so this place is a home run. Highly reccomend you try it.
