Available Formats
- PDF — Human-readable format suitable for printing or sharing with non-Medximity providers.
- CCDA — Continuity of Care Document (standard medical format accepted by most EHR systems).
How to Download
- Navigate to Records in your dashboard.
- Select the specific record(s) you want to download.
- Click Download and choose your format.
- For bulk downloads, use Download All to receive a ZIP file.
Data Portability
Under HIPAA and applicable state laws, you have the right to receive a complete copy of your medical records. If you need records in a specific format not listed above, contact support and we will work with your provider to accommodate your request.
