You communicate directly with providers

Exchange PHI and medical records securely
Native PHI transfer for MedXimity providers. FHIR R4 bridge for providers on Epic, Athena, or any external EHR. Every transfer requires a signed digital patient authorization.
Track liens and monitor treatment progress
Every medical lien is logged automatically. Outcome tracking gives you objective functional data at each stage — ready for demand letters and deposition.
Close the case, resolve all liens
Notify providers of settlement through the platform. Coordinate lien resolution, get digital confirmation from all parties, and archive the case in full.
