À propos

Emily is a Certified Rolfer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas, with an emphasis on physical therapy. I am also Reiki Level 1 & 2 attuned. It is my belief that food and movement are our most powerful medicines. Our bodies are designed to move, yet we unfortunately get trapped into sedentary lifestyles. However, when we are active and nourish our bodies with organic, clean and whole food, we begin to thrive. Healthy eating and exercise, combined with bodywork and self-care are a cornerstone of my philosophy towards wellness. I love living in Boulder and support my fellow small business owners. In my free time, I enjoy the wondrous hikes we have in our backyard, yoga, cooking, biking around town, and reading.After graduating from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, I started my practice here in Boulder.
