January of 1999, Dr. Huls was badly injured from a one-vehicle auto accident in South Dakota. At high speeds their vehicle crashed into a culvert bridge, flipped and landed on the opposing side of the waterway. All together, Dr Huls fractured his right Ankle, femur in 3 places, pelvis in the front and back (sprung pelvis), 2nd lumbar vertebra, 7th thoracic vertebra & sternum. Since that time Dr. Huls has continuously been pursuing tools that not only relieve pain and symptoms, but also enhance quality of life and improve an individual's vitality.Dr. Geoff Huls received both his Bachelors of Science & Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. His inspiration comes from helping families reach optimal health & fulfillment through Chiropractic and Wellness. Dr. Huls is currently the only professional in the region to be a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle Practitioner. To accomplish this, he focused additional education in the areas of Chiropractic Technique as well as nutrition, exercise and the mind-body connection. He strives to help people overcome their obstacles in their journey to their ideal life.
