We are a small family owned clinic with years of experience, education and fantastic results! Raymond Popp is owner and director as well as the physical therapist. Raymond has been a physical therapist since 2001. "I started True Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation so I can treat patients my way without the pressure that big corporations place on their therapist to produce numbers instead of being able to focus on patient well being. All physical therapists have a purpose and desire in helping people, however with corporate pressures these therapists are pressured to provide rushed and non patient specific quality care. Raymond has recognized this and his focus is "patient care first". Raymond has a post graduate diploma as an Osteopractor which allows him to specialize in manual therapy including dry needling, spinal and extremity manipulation with muscle energy techniques and traditional physical therapy interventions patients do get better faster so patients can get back to their lives without worrying about "wasting insurance" or being required to attend PT sessions for an extended periods of time.
