Degrees: Doctor of Chiropractic, 2007, Western States Chiropractic College Bachelor of Science, 2001, Valley City State University Method of Practice: Dr. Knutson's past history as a licensed massage therapist integrates with his style of practice to improve the function of the joints as well as the surrounding soft tissues. He utilizes many gentle and effective methods of adjusting including diversified, drop table, and a light force technique using the arthrostim tool. Work experience: Prior to opening The Ridge Chiropractic Wellness Clinic, Dr. Knutson had been in private practice for several years in Portland and Tigard since January of 2008. In addition, his work in massage therapy goes back to 2003. Special Interests: When not at the clinic, Dr. Knutson prefers to be found searching for fresh powder to ski or on the local trails, mountain biking.The Ridge is nestled in the heart of the Silicon Forest of east Hillsboro, Oregon. We are a small, up-and-coming practice dedicated to being part of the growth of the Orenco Station and Hillsboro Community. Dr. Knutson (or Josh as he will asked to be called) and Ms. Nunn are a strong team, with a vision of a health clinic that operates with its focus on their patients' health and wellness. They aspire to bring an accessible, effective and healing view of chiropractic therapy to the community.
