Priyanka has been a Physical Therapist for 10 years. She is certified in Reformer Pilates through STOTT and trained in rehabilitation based Pilates through Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), world leaders in rehab based Pilates. She is also certified in "Orthopedic Excellence: The Spine". The certification was based on evidence based physical therapy interventions for back and neck pain. She likes empowering people with knowledge about their body and function to prevent recurrence of injury. She likes to keep PT sessions interactive and focused on fixing the root cause of symptoms rather than going through an exercise repertoire. When not working, she likes spending time with her two daughters, reading about the universe and our amazing wildlife. She practices Pilates herself and that lead to her interest in Pilates based rehabilitation.Synergy Physical Therapy was established by Priyanka Gupta who has been working as a physical therapist for 10 years. She established Synergy physical therapy for providing evidence based, holistic, patient oriented, Pilates based rehab. The vision was to provide quality physical therapy with the same therapist each session for best outcomes.
