Victor Scarnecchia, D.C., was born and raised in northeast Ohio. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. While attending National, he received over 200 hours of additional training in sports and functional rehabilitation. Dr. Scarnecchia's passion includes working with athletes of all ages and abilities. L. Bailey Zimmel, D.C., LAc was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Acupuncture from National University of Health Sciences. She has completed extensive training in pediatric and prenatal health as well as experience with pain management using acupuncture at Stroger Hospital. They are excited to serve the families of Dilworth, Myers Park and surrounding Charlotte neighborhoods and are looking forward to meeting youScarnecchia Chiropractic & Wellness (SCW) is located on East Boulevard in Dilworth, only 2 blocks from Freedom Park. SCW offers a variety of health care options. Beyond chiropractic care, therapies include functional rehab, acupuncture, soft-tissue techniques, Webster technique, McKenzie Method, Kinesio® Taping and nutritional counseling. While chiropractic care is beneficial in and of itself, it's the combination of treatments utilized that makes SCW unique. Drs. Scarnecchia and Zimmel opened SCW with the desire to positively impact people to live an active healthy life!
