Dr Sarro did a great job for me. Sorry to see him go. I switched up to East Coast Spine. Right down the road in Hanover. Great Dr and office. Has some really good techniques. I highly recommend Dr Joe at East Coast Spine in Hanover. Very automated. I had my first appt and feel great.

I'm a chronically ill patient with severe back pain. Because of that it's very important that I have competent and compassionate providers. Dr. Sarro is amazing and I always feel better after seeing him. He explained my x-rays and the instruments used. It's comforting to be a part of my care plan instead of just another patient. I'd highly recommend

Dr Sarro is a master in his field . He helped me recover from a broken back . T6 fracture. Don’t live in pain , the back is so complex and needs adjustments , he’s absolutely incredible . Being super friendly helps too . Suzanne is equally amazing. They certainly get the people friendly side of the business. I’m a customer/ patient for life !

Great husband & wife team practicing Chiro & Massage therapy. Both made me feel very comfortable & I always felt like a million bucks afterwards. Easy to get in appts, never waited long upon arrival, friendly receptionist & services are very reasonably priced..I was in a bad accident & was never able to pinpoint my injury as I was told I was fine. I also had a bad fall that didn’t help! All I knew was my back & neck due to tension/stress root cause for migraines. I’ve had several types of treatments done including neck injections & physical therapy over the years & although most are only temporarily beneficial, none of them had given me much relief except for my regular visits to Dr Sarro. He was also the first to point out my bulging discs and nerve damage from my accidents. Always had recommendations for supplements & what brands to use. Haven’t been in a while due to covid but planning to go back ASAP!

Dr Sarro can not only help fix you back, neck , or joint pain, but he wants to help find out why it is causing you problems in the first place. He has treated me with respect and professionalism and is a great guy. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his practice and sticks to natural supplements for medicines. He has adjusted my back many times and given me an understanding of how to help myself through anti inflammatory dieting and self stretching. Highly recommend and he takes insurance and walk ins. I speak from experience and past pains.
