Emily Loveland,DC, received a Bachelor's of Science degree in 2000 from Grand Valley State University just outside of Grand Rapids, MI. While at GVSU, she completed the athletic training program which qualified her to sit for the National Athletic Trainer's Examination. For the next two years she provided health care services, as the head athletic trainer, to the student/athletes of Cascade High School and Middle School in Clayton, IN. Dr. Emily received a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences in 2006. While attending chiropractic school, she received certification to perform acupuncture, cupping, Graston technique, and Kinesiotaping. She has attended numerous continuing education courses in rehabilitation and nutritional therapies. Dr. Emily is an adjunct professor of Anatomy & Physiology at Elgin Community College.Sage is a local get-a-way for Fox Valley residents and a hometown destination for visiting guests, with 11 private treatment rooms, nail boutique, 2 movement studios, head-to-toe Apothecary & retail space. Sage practitioner's specialize in holistic, hands-on medicine, mostly organic & results driven skincare, wild-crafted nail care, traditional & cosmetic acupuncture, relaxation or therapeutic bodywork, yoga & stretch therapies, aerial yoga, and a variety of unique healing therapies. Our mission as facilitators of health and healing, is to pursue happiness and fulfillment as we express deep appreciation and respect for the planet, self, and others.
