Coming from a professional background in healthcare, including physical therapy and orthopedic sports medicine, Erika has found her passion in massage therapy. She is certified through the California Massage Therapy Council, a proud graduate of National Holistic Institute's Advanced Neuromuscular Program, continues her education through Functional Movement Techniques, and is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Erika has had much experience working with many professional athletes, local practitioners, expecting mothers, geriatrics, weekend warriors, and people of all kinds!We offer mobile services as well as have a location site! With 8 years experience as a clinical healthcare provider, Erika, Owner & Therapist, has noticed the true benefits of manual therapies and the impact they have on people's overall wellness as well as a holistic alternative from surgeries and pharmaceuticals. Erika is enthusiastic about being able to use her knowledge and skills to bring awareness, health, and well being to her clients through focus on pain management and muscular dysfunction to get them back to enjoying active lifestyles and to achieve their goals. With offering mobile services as well as a location site, Erika hopes to enable clients of having no excuses of not being able find the time to start taking care of themselves mentally and physically by incorporating massage into their lifestyles.
