Dr. Scott Rezac, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CKTP, CGFI-MP2, CEAS Dr. Dyanna Haley-Rezac, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CKTP, CGFI-MP2 Dyanna is a Marine Corps Veteran local to Colorado Springs. Scott is a transplant from CA. They have been involved in athletic training, sports conditioning, and rehabilitation for over 20 years. Both are Doctors of Physical Therapy and enrolled in the Regis University Fellowship in Manual Physical Therapy. They also both are Board Certified Orthopedic Specialists (OCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioners (CKTP) and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Insructors Level 2 (CGFI-MP2)Dr. Scott Rezac and Dr. Dyanna Haley-Rezac are co-owners of Rezac & Associates Physical Therapy. We opened Rezac PT to provide the highest quality of evidence-based, manual therapy in a warm, friendly environment. We value our patients and work in collaboration with their rehabilitation goals and values with sensitivity to their individual needs in a supportive, energetic and fun environment to produce optimal results and attain incomparable patient satisfaction. Each Physical Therapist at Rezac PT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and either Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist or in training to be one. Our team is committed to education for ourselves and mentoring our colleagues as well as future Physical Therapists. We stay abreast of current techniques and research to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
