Dr. John David Mason (aka Dr. Dave) is the owner and practicing chiropractor at MVMT Chiropractic located in Houston Texas, where he has been a resident since 2000. After completing his undergraduate studies in exercise science at Sam Houston State University, Dr. Mason continued his education at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena Texas, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Mason believes that maintaining an active lifestyle and healthy diet is key to overall health, mobility, and longevity. By bringing his "practice what you preach" approach to the office, patients quickly recognize his passion and expertise in the areas of health and well-being. Once you meet him it is clear that he is passionate about helping others reach and maintain their health goals. When Dr. Mason is not in the office, he enjoys weightlifting, CrossFit, coaching, and traveling... just to name a few!MVMT Chiropractic was founded in February of 2016
