When we feel seen, heard and understood, a space is created for deep healing and transformation. It is an honor to share in anyone's healing process. Creating an atmosphere where you and your body feel safe, valued and heard is and ultimate goal for me. It's exciting to watch the body and emotions open up and release what's no longer needed. I enjoy supporting people releasing pain and stress that is blocking them from the life they long to live. In addition to my CranioSacral skills, I bring you my experience in psychology, counseling and the Waldorf Schools. I am also an active explorer of the healing arts, communication and spirituality. I love the outdoors--hiking, sailing, gardening, downhill skiing and spending time with family. It was amazing to begin learning how the fascia of the body connects from head to toe. The result of this can be that the torsion from a twisted ankle years ago may be causing headaches today. The other amazing thing has been over and over again to see how this light touch therapy that in the moment can seem like it is doing nothing, can have such huge changes for people. I also hold a MS in Community Counseling so my interest in the healing arts dates back to my college days. I love being able to serve people in expanding their lives.
