Dr. Joseph Meeting, DC, graduated from National University of Health Sciences in 2007 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine. He graduated from Ohio University in 2003 with a BS degree in Exercise Science and Sport Physiology. Dr. Meeting is a Certified Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise Trainer, which focuses on full body rehab via developmental kinesiology (movement within the 1st year of life, www.rehabps.com). He is also full body certified in Active Release Technique (ART), a specialized form of soft tissue treatments performed on muscles, nerves, tendons, and ligaments (www.activerelease.com). Dr. Meeting maintains his personal training certification (CSCS-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and combines it with his rehab knowledge on spinal conditioning and overall strengthening. Dr. Meeting stays healthy by eating real food, doing jiu jitsu, and lifting weights on occasion.Dr. Joseph Meeting, DC and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Meeting, PT, DPT, opened the practice as a mix of Chiropractic medicine and Physical Therapy. Health, wellness, and an overall sense of well being is our main goal. Our patients range from those who simply want less pain in their day-to-day lives to those who run marathons and need to perform at a higher level. Our motto is "Feel Better, Perform Better, Live Better". Working with and building connections to other Lincoln Square area businesses is also very important to Lincoln Square Chiropractic and Physical Therapy.
