My business originally started in Kaua'i and California after training in interoceptive structural integration and awareness techniques. Through the support of my clients, I deepened my training in body-centered psychotherapy to offer a more comprehensive approach to the work I love; bringing together touch, awareness, and empathic support. My business is now landed in Portland and taking root here as an offering to the community.
