I'm Ani, a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping people heal, move better, and live pain-free. After graduating from the University of Perpetual Help in the Philippines, I trained in a top neuro hospital where I saw firsthand the life-changing impact of rehab. That experience inspired me to open my own practice in Ontario in 2012, where I could offer care that’s truly patient-focused. I treat everything from sports injuries and orthopedic issues to neuro conditions, concussions, and pre/post-surgical rehab. My approach is personalized and hands-on, blending techniques like acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy (McKenzie & Mulligan), NDT, electrotherapy, and custom exercise programs. I believe in educating and empowering my patients for long-term health.
