Dr. Julie Armstrong, L.Ac. is a graduate of University of Southern California, earning a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering, as well as a MS in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Dongguk University Los Angeles and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences. Julie is a licensed acupuncturist in the states of Arizona and California. In 2000, Julie certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher, and since then continues to practice and teach Reiki to thousands of students around the world as well as consulting for large organizations. Julie has served as faculty at the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ASAOM) and Han University of Traditional Medicine here in Tucson, AZ. Julie's passion in providing alternative methods to wellness stems from her own experience managing the care of her 26-year-old son who suffered a severe traumatic birth injury resulting in significant developmental impairment. Dr. Julie Armstrong, L.Ac. moved her family from Los Angeles in 2013 and founded Envision Wellness to share this amazing medicine with her new community. Envision Wellness - Acupuncture, Reiki, Herbal Medicine, Massage, Health Coaching and Well-Fit classes- offers a full range of Chinese medical services for the whole family. From newborn to advanced life, anyone can benefit from the variety of treatment methods offered for a multitude of ailments. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete system of medical care, and a truly holistic approach dating back thousands of years.
