Josephine Garza is a Certified Massage Therapist and Polarity Practitioner from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts. She specializes in a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Intuitive, Thai, Lomi Lomi, and Polarity Therapy. Her training also includes the study of Ayuruveda, Yoga, Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, and is also a certified raw food chef. Josephine has furthered her studies by attending the Aveda Institute where she specialized in skin care and more Ayuruvedic Principles. Erin Morin received a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University, and is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist from the School of Orthopedic Massage and Bodywork. She is certified in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Sports Massage, and is also trained in Cranial/Fascial work, Pre and Post Natal Massage, as well as general Relaxation Massage. She has furthered her training in Anatomy and Nutrition Response Testing.Therapists Erin Morin and Josephine Garza worked together at a local Massage Therapy Practice before teaming up to create their own business, CORE Therapeutic Massage Therapy and Bodywork. Combining their diverse training backgrounds, they are able to integrate multitudes of bodywork techniques, from deep tissue to very gentle modalities, keeping in mind the techniques best suited to each individual client.
