À propos

Joseph Luo, DPT is a doctoral graduate from Chapman University. He is supported by his lovely wife, Sharon, and three beautiful daughters, Mia, Colette, and Everly. He began his physical therapy on a mission trip to China in 2013 where he witnessed an incredible need for physical health across seas. In 2014, he began interning at Rehab and Revive Physical Therapy where he learned the importance of a holistic perspective in physical therapy. He has worked at All Star PT in Corona, Northridge Hospital in Northridge, St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange, and Cal Rehab in Irvine as a physical therapist student during his time at Chapman University. After graduating, he studied under Dr. Justin Lin where he received special training in manual therapy drawn from the IPA's FMT, Diane Lee's Integrated Systems Model, and Dr. Lin's NMT. Through his experience, Dr. Joey Luo strives to increase the quality of life of all by raising the standard for physical health.Founded by Joseph Luo, DPT, Body Politic Physical Therapy began as a clinic run out of his house during the 2020 COVID pandemic. As people started to recognize BPPT as a safe place to receive high quality treatment, it grew beyond the home into a full-fledged physical therapy office. It continues to provide a safe environment for its clients to receive unparalleled care and expertise for pain relief, but now also serves as a learning ground for other physical therapists to specialize in holistic physical therapy.
