Dr. Jen is absolutely amazing. She is so calming, present, and skilled. I have a busy toddler and he loves getting adjusted by her. He slept so well after his first two adjustments. Her space is really welcoming and kid friendly too. Cora is awesome too. We love coming here!

Dr. Jenn is fantastic! Our little one has benefited immensely from chiropractic adjustments. As an infant our LO did not have full range of motion with head/neck, the pediatrician wanted to “wait and see” but one visit with Dr. Jenn and our LO gained the full range of motion which also improved feeding and spitting up. As a little older baby, our LO went from enjoying tummy time to being uncomfortable, so we visited Dr. Jenn again and she helped with this too. Now that we’ve reached toddler hood and the standing/walking transition, another visit with Dr. Jenn reassured us on our kiddo’s development. As a new mom holding and nursing a baby, I’ve also benefitted from seeing Dr. Jenn. She helped me with tightness in the neck, shoulder, and epidural site.

Love this office and this Doctor! Dr Jennifer has helped me so much this past year taking a deep dive into my symptoms and helping me regain my energy. I love the infrared sauna and access to massage therapy and acupuncture as well. There is also Thermography available as an alternative to mammography which I plan to do next month. Love having access to all things health and wellness in one office. Highly recommend!

Dr Jennifer is amazing! She helped me during my pregnancy with a very painful and stubborn SI joint issue then after she worked with my baby. I was nervous for chiropractic care for him so I waited until he was 8 months and had exhausted other avenues. He had not laid on his back comfortably since birth and screamed each time he was in the car seat. She gently worked with him and immediately after he smiled while I changed his diaper and fell asleep in the car! Life changing!

My whole family has been going to Balanced Health for over two years. My husband has seen Dr. Shawn and has had amazing results with him. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Jennifer since she was 3 weeks old! Dr. Jennifer takes her time and is CAREFUL. She has helped us through so many things - from early nursing issues to adjusting my daughter as she fell many times during growth spurts. One time she fell and jammed up her neck and back so badly she developed hives, which I thought was food related, but after 3 days on Benadryl - with no improvement - I took her to see Dr. Jennifer. After her adjustment the hives, which were all over her body, cleared in 2 hours! If my daughter has a cold, is cranky, or constipated she gets an adjustment and all is well in her world again. Dr. Jennifer also put me back together after an injury suffered giving birth and has been helping me get ready to give birth again here in a few short months. I have recommended Dr. Jennifer to all of my pregnant and new momma friends. We are moving out of state in a week and I do not know what we will do without the Lovdahls. Anchorage is lucky to have such talented, knowledgeable and caring providers.
