Dr. Timothy A. Hirst, D.C. graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences. There are only 3 of the 18 Chiropractic Colleges in the United States that bare the distinction of "University of Health Sciences" which defines it as an evidence based program rather than being a majority of philosophy based education as other schools offer.The other two recognized universities are North Western University of Health Sciences and National University of Health Sciences. These three universities are viewed by many practicing Chiropractic physicians as "the medical schools" of Chiropractic schooling. These universities offer an extremely high level of education in hopes of molding the Chiropractic Physician of tomorrow. They are fully accredited by regional accreditation associations recognized by the United States government, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges for SCUHS, and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools for NUHS respectively.AZ Chiropractic opened its doors in June of 2008. We have grown every year and enjoy treating patients of all ages. We treat our patients as family. I feel like I have the best job in the world and enjoy coming to work every single day!
