Under the direction and Supervision of our skilled nurses and physical therapist, we assist with daily living activities such as: Personal Hygiene, Bathing, dressing, feeding and Home exercise programs. ​ Physical Therapy Services: Our Physical therapist evaluates and treat patients who suffer from pain, weakness, limitation of movement and gait abnormalities, recent Orthopedic surgeries. through therapeutic exercise, Prosthetic training, and other modalities of rehabilitation, our physical therapist will assist with restoring body functions from the comfort of your home. ​ Skilled Nursing Care: Registered Nurses provide a Broad range of nursing services based on a thorough assessment of the client's health care need. Our Nurses then develop and individualized care plan and report back to the team ​ Ocupational and Medical Social Workers Services: Under our care, we teach patients and their family members the skills needed to perform and restore the abilities for daily living. ​ Our MSW will address Psychological, social, emotional and environmental issues of our patients In collaboration with the County of Los Angeles Caregivers: will assist the patient with cleaning, cooking, run errands, provide activities of daily living to patients as detailed in their assignment sheet.
