À propos

Kelly is a certified massage therapist who has studied extensively with John F. Barnes, PT to learn his approach to myofascial release since 2013. Prior to studying bodywork she received her B.S. in Psychology from Wilmington University. Her interests in the physiological aspects of psychology and the mind/body connection as it relates to trauma and stress led her to pursue a career in myofascial release which is the ultimate mind/body therapy. After witness life changing results in her clients as well as experiencing them firsthand there is no other type of therapy she would rather do.Kelly has studied massage and myofascial release since 2013. Her studies have lead her to travel all over the U.S. and ultimately a cross country move from southern New Jersey to San Diego, CA. Her goal was to create a space where her clients feel free to heal and release themselves from emotional and physical trauma. Her own healing through this work has granted her the confidence and means to create her practice at Holding Space Myofascial Release.
