Through my own health challenges I have discovered Ayurveda and would like to pass along this powerful healing information to as many people as possible. Now a Kundalini yoga teacher this beautiful science provides a foundation for a quiet and sharp mind. This is the the comprehensive approach to wellness: body, mind, fuelA passion of treating the entire person and not just the physical body. Created through my own struggles with autoimmune disease and physical injuries
