I have been going here for adjustments for about a year and have to say the doctors are exceptional at their adjustments. They work well as a team complimenting each other. I can honestly say they truly are the very best and i have been to a few. I have never felt better with their care. The office is warm and welcoming. I also love that the doctors are ladies. Their touch is intuitive and spot on. I like that they do x-ray prior to any adjustment and consult to understand your situation. Can't say enough good things. Oh, wait...the ladies that do the massages are also the very best! I have used Nelma several times and have to say she is awesome for finding those deep knots. Highly recommend this place.

I had been having knee pain in both my knees for years. I could barely bend them without being in intense pain. If I did squat down I had to really think about how I was going to get back up again. I had been getting cortisone shots for years and I was not getting much relief from them. I started seeing Duane for chiropractic care when I was 41 year old and I mentioned to him about my bilateral knee pain. He started telling me about regenerative medicine and how this could help with my pain. After lots of research and many discussions I decided I was going to do it. I figured if this could get me at least some relief I was going to try it out. We decided on doing a round of Stem Cells than PRP 3 months later. This was the best decision I have ever made. I received the stem cell injections in May of 2022 and after about a month I started realizing I wasn't having as much pain as I usually did. After a few months I was pain free. I could actually squat down normally and get right back up again. I could walk long distances with out having pain and I just felt great! It has been 3 years and I am still pain free. I am grateful everyday for Duane and the great staff at Advanced Spinal Care.

This place is amazing! I have been in bad shape with my back, barely able to walk and I've been nursed back to health. No pain, doing fabulous! Can't say enough good things about Dr. John amd his team. (Oh... and the massages are great as well) recommends for pregnant women as well!

I have had two MRIs, three cortisone shots and nothing worked. After coming here the pain has subsided and I can finally sit - first time since mid-October. We developed a plan, tweaked it when necessary and i think we are headed in the right direction. And, they are all super nice!

Just finished shock wave treatments. Extremely helpful and great for me. My neck and shoulders had been very painful, at times a 9 out of 10. Now my discomfort is 0-2. I highly recommend Advanced Spinal Care & Rehab and shock wave treatment.
