"Why Patient's Choose Us? Your care is always 1:1 with the same therapist each session, we provide accelerated recovery requiring less visits to resolution, and we provide you with practices and methods tailored to you, for lasting prevention and self treatment after you leave our clinic. Take Control Physical Therapy was founded on the idea that clients get quicker results when they understand and take control of their treatment plan. Through active therapist engagement, we focus on giving patients the ability to self treat. Working to symptom resolution with our therapists, clients reach independence, and achieve high levels of self treatment and prevention.

We teach you how to take control.
