Noman has a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy for the American International College in Massachusetts, he completed his under-graduate degree at the University of Michigan. He has worked over 16 years directly with patients, more than 10 years in private practice. Norman was a member of the United States Olympic Field Hockey Team.
