Born in Topeka, Kansas, Dr. Russell is a graduate of the Cleveland Chiropractic College. He is a member of the Fenell Hand and Foot Strategic Allance team and is a certified graduate of the Maly Ingternational Organization of Carpal Tunnel andAccumulative Disorders. The Russell Chiropractic and Hand & Foot Clinic has been voted "Best Chiropractor" in the Bartlesville's Best annual survey.The Russell Chiropractic Clinic opened in 1994 on Frank Phillips Boulevard in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and not only included chiropractic care, but many special therapy services.
Throughout his practic, Dr Russell noted that many of his patients were also suffering from hand and foot pain like bone/heel spurs, bunions, plantar fascitis, hammer toes, carpal tunnel and arthritis, so Dr. Russell researched and received intense fellowship training from world reknowned hand and foot specialist, Dr. Robert Fennel in an effort to diagnose and treat his patients with these chronic problems. The Russell Hand and Foot Clinic was born and the clinic moved to a new location with higher visability and easier access in the Food Pryamid Shopping Center.
