When I was in school I was very sick. I ended up having a GI-Gu, Cardiologist, and Neurologist look into my health. I was ultimately prescribed an anti-depressant. I took one dose and chose to learn more about why I was having so many symptoms. I had been an EMG Tech for a neurologist and a Chiropractic Assistant for a chiropractic friend during my high school and undergrad years. I observed how chiropractic patients walked out feeling better and hopeful while the neurology patients were miserable and offered meds as the option. Since I enjoy looking at the "why", chiropractic felt right. I started to get treatment by a CPK student and learned a lot about why my body was reacting the way it was. I knew that CPK, with acupuncture, chiropractic, and functional based nutrition was the winning combination for my health. This was what I wanted to offer all my patients. I think most well rounded practitioners have their story and it gives them a passion to help people. I am so grateful
