Kaylie is a California Certified Massage Therapist, an experienced Egsocue Method trained Posture Specialist and Z Health brain trainer. She's passionate about educating her clients about their bodies and brains and empowering them to heal themselves. Kaylie grew growing up playing sports in Southern California, studied exercise biology and psychology at UC Davis and furthered her studies of the body by working closely with chiropractors and posture alignment specialists while living in Arlington, Virginia. After having her daughter in 2018, Kaylie suffered nerve damage to her leg and was able to heal quickly using concepts from Z Health Performance. She now has several certifications in Z Health and implements neurology into her sessions with clients for quicker results. She still enjoys playing soccer, exploring Carlsbad and spending time with her family.Vital Balance started in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA. The owner relocated to east bay and now lives in Carlsbad near her family. She has offices in Carlsbad Village and Indigo Dragon Wellness Center in Encinitas. She also offers virtual posture alignment therapy and 45 minute mobility training sessions. Please call for an appointment.
