A propos

Dr. Anja grew up in Europe. She graduated with a B.A./M.S. degrees in Molecular Genetics from The University of Chicago. She moved to the Bay Area in 1999 where she helped discover treatments for heart disease, cancer, and a cure for Hepatits C. She made a career change from biotechnology to wellness care, hoping to help people live more vibrant lives. Dr. Anja graduated from the doctorate program at Life Chiropractic College West as Valedictorian in 2018, where she received the 'Clinical Excellence Award' for outstanding achievements in radiology and patient care. As a competitive athlete and lover of extreme sports (snowboarding & whitewater kayaking), she has overcome many injuries, pursued diverse recovery programs, and is certified as deep-water aqua fitness and yoga instructor. She believes everything in the body is intricately connected and needs to be aligned for optimal function, and that a customized care plan is crucial to achieve personal health and fitness goals.Dr. Anja has always been living life deeply! She pursued a degree in Molecular Genetics at The University of Chicago and worked in biotech start-up companies for many years. Her passion outside of work revolved around sports, such as swimming, cycling, snowboarding, white water rafting and kayaking. She has sustained various injuries on her life's path and chiropractic care has always been a main pillar to swift recovery. In 2015, she decided to make a career change into the field of chiropractic with a focus on prehabilitation and rehabilitation. It became her goal to help people live healthier and happier lives, pain free, and equipped to pursue their goals with confidence.
