A propos

In 2004, I graduated from Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon and since have continued my education by studying ashiatsu, pregnancy massage, reflexology, deep tissue, and sports massage. Throughout the years I have worked in a hospital, aruvedic spa, fitness center, chiropractic clinic, as well as continue to maintain a successful private practice. In 2010 I received a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education at Portland State University, focusing on nutrition and women's health.My passion for bodywork stemmed after receiving chiropractic and reiki while recovering from a car accident when I was 15 years old. My chiropractor told me encouraged me to take some energy healing classes. A few years later I found myself studying reiki, anatomy and physiology, and practicing yoga. After receiving massage and bodywork throughout my first pregnancy with twins, I truly fell in love with the body mind connection and the power of massage. I started my massage practice in 2004 working in a hospital and athletic club in Idaho. My practice and love for massage continue to grow, as I learn more about the magic behind our body's ability to heal itself. I focus my work on helping women move through their always changing stages of life.
